very cool idea but isnt this what Discover does, user subscribes to well established channels but not particular streams which is sort of like a hashtag on Twitter or mention on Facebook — much more generic which often results to people wanting to get to the top of the “trending topic” only to become viral. You should keep in mind that privacy is what attracted people towards Snapchat.
